You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details remain current and accurate at all times. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delays in account verification, payment processing, or communication of important notices.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 You agree to notify melbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. Notification must be sent to [email protected]. melbet will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending resolution.
5.3 melbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as your own and you will remain responsible for all such activity.
5.4 You must not attempt to access any Account other than your own. Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
5.5 melbet employs SSL encryption across all platform pages and sessions to protect data in transit. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and melbet cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted via the internet.
6.1 melbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods currently supported for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected banking partners including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change at melbet's discretion with reasonable notice to Users.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount on melbet is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction or per-day basis, as communicated within your Account settings or upon request from support.
6.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet that is registered in your own name. melbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that originates from a third-party payment source. Any funds received from third-party sources may be returned to the originating account, and the User's Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.4 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. melbet aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests at any given time.

6.7 All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). melbet does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
7.1 melbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive schemes to registered Users. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
7.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable bonus terms, wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
7.3 Bonuses are offered to individual Users for personal use only. The use of bonus funds in connection with coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or any form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

8.2 Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment you submit a bet are the odds that will apply to that bet upon confirmation, subject to any pre-confirmation odds movement notifications displayed to you.
8.3 In the event of a clear and manifest error in the display of odds, game results, or pay-out amounts — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or data feed failures — melbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to the Users' Accounts.
8.4 Casino game outcomes on the melbet Platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software operated by third-party game providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, NetEnt, and Microgaming. melbet does not host, develop, or manipulate the outcome of any casino game.
8.5 Live in-play betting is available on selected sporting events. melbet reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time during a match or event at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of irregular betting patterns or where reliable data feeds are unavailable.

12.3 melbet accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of: (a) reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform; (b) interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service; (c) delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; (d) unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits melbet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 melbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
